Your preference for a phone or video appointment
(Optional) A brief note about your goals
Then use “Request Appointment” (Option 2) to select your day/time.
Option 2: Skip the form
If you prefer not to share goals in advance, simply select “Request Appointment” and choose a time directly from my calendar.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 PM (CT)
After our initial consultation, if you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session.
